Hello! I'm Miguel Teixeira, the founder and curator of Satoshi Market.
This store is a one-person project born from a passion for quality and sovereignty. Every product in our collection is hand-picked by me, and I handle all customer inquiries personally. When you get in touch, you're not talking to a big department; you're talking directly to the person who built the store.

Bitcoin & Payments
1. Why do you only accept Bitcoin?
We believe that the integrity and quality of the products we consume should be matched by the integrity of the currency we use. Bitcoin is an open, transparent, and sovereign monetary network that aligns with our philosophy of "Clean Food, Clean Money." It allows for a direct and honest exchange of value between us and our customers.
2. Is it safe to pay with Bitcoin?
Yes. Paying with Bitcoin is incredibly secure. Transactions are peer-to-peer and encrypted. You maintain full control of your funds throughout the process, without needing to share sensitive credit card or bank information with any third party.
Do you accept Lightning Network payments?
Yes! We encourage paying via the Lightning Network for instant, low-fee transactions. Our payment processor, OpenNode, is Lightning-native and provides a seamless experience for Lightning payments.
How is the final price in Bitcoin calculated?
The prices on our website are displayed in EUR as a reference. When you proceed to checkout, our payment processor (OpenNode) converts the final EUR total into Bitcoin at the real-time exchange rate. The BTC amount shown on the final payment invoice is the exact amount you will pay, locked in for a short period to allow you to complete the transaction.
Shipping & Orders
1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all locations within Portugal. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the future.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders. We are also happy to offer free shipping on all orders over €50.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are as follows:
- Portugal (Continental): 2-3 business days
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website where you can monitor its progress.

2. Are your products organic?
Many of our products, such as our BioOrto olive oils and pestos, are certified organic. We always state this clearly in the product description. Our focus is on the highest quality, which often means organic, but always means delicious and authentic.
